• over thirty years in the IT industry, working mainly for software houses as programmer, systems analyst, and pre-sales analyst

• over twenty years as a Technical Author, mainly supporting small to medium-sized software houses in the Yorkshire area, but also in other parts of the U.K. — such as London, Glasgow and Newcastle-upon-Tyne

• experience of many different types of applications covering finance, manufacturing and distribution, as well as several 'niche' products

• willing to work in any part of the country on appropriate projects.
